Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the MindExams website, services and subscriptions. MindExams is operated by Agebase Learning. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using MindExams, you agree to these terms.

1. MindExams Service

MindExams provides online educational assessments, revision activities, results and parent reporting for school students. The service is provided digitally through the MindExams website.

2. Subscription

A MindExams subscription provides access for one student for the selected grade for a period of one year from the date of activation. The current one-year subscription price is ₹1,200 unless a different price is clearly displayed before payment.

3. Student Account

The account holder is responsible for providing accurate student and account information and for keeping login details secure. A subscription is intended for the student for whom it was purchased and should not be shared with other users.

4. Assessments and Results

MindExams is designed as a learning and practice platform. Assessments, scores, revision recommendations and reports are intended to support learning and should not be treated as official school, examination-board or admission results.

5. Content

MindExams content, questions, explanations, reports, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to Agebase Learning and are provided for personal educational use. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold or commercially reproduced without permission.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep MindExams available and reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.

7. Payments

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Payment credentials such as card or UPI details are entered through the payment provider’s secure checkout and are not stored by MindExams.

8. Changes

We may update MindExams features, content and these terms from time to time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.

Privacy Policy

Agebase Learning respects the privacy of MindExams users. This policy explains the information we collect and how it is used in providing the MindExams service.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address and login details, together with student information such as student alias, selected grade and learning activity.

MindExams also records assessment attempts, answers, scores, revision activity, progress and information required to generate student and parent reports.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate the service, provide assessments and revision, calculate results, generate reports, manage subscriptions, provide customer support and maintain the security and reliability of MindExams.

3. Payment Information

Payments made through Razorpay are processed using Razorpay Checkout. Card numbers, UPI credentials and other sensitive payment credentials are entered directly into the payment provider’s systems and are not stored by MindExams.

We may retain payment references, transaction identifiers, payment status and subscription information required for accounting, support and subscription management.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate MindExams, process payments, provide hosting or comply with legal requirements.

5. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect account and learning information from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

6. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain learning progress records, meet accounting or legal obligations and resolve support matters.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want customers to understand the subscription before making payment. The subscription price and period are displayed before checkout.

1. Subscription Cancellation

A MindExams subscription provides access for one year from activation. Cancelling use of the service does not automatically result in a refund of the subscription fee.

2. Refund Requests

Refund requests will be considered where there has been a duplicate payment, an incorrect charge, a payment processing problem, or a technical issue that prevents the purchased service from being provided.

Other refund requests may be reviewed individually based on the circumstances and the extent to which the subscription has already been used.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a payment review or refund, use the Contact Us form on this page or email payment@agebaselearning.com. Please provide the account email, student alias and relevant payment reference.

4. Approved Refunds

Where a Razorpay payment refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.

For payments made by direct bank transfer, any approved refund will be handled after the payment and beneficiary details have been verified.

Access & Delivery Policy

MindExams is a digital educational service. No physical product is shipped or delivered.

1. Online Payments

When payment is successfully completed through Razorpay and confirmed by MindExams, the subscription is activated electronically for the associated student account.

2. Bank Transfer Payments

Customers who choose direct bank transfer should email their payment receipt to payment@agebaselearning.com and include the student alias and grade.

Bank-transfer subscriptions are activated after the payment has been received and verified by Agebase Learning. Because this requires manual verification, access may not be activated immediately after the transfer.

3. Subscription Period

The one-year subscription period begins when the subscription is activated, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. Access Problems

If payment has been completed but access has not been activated, please use the Contact Us form below and provide the payment reference and account information so the transaction can be investigated.
